Returns and Exchanges Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we only offer exchanges if the size does not fit. If the size of the top or bottom is incorrect, we’re happy to exchange it for another size from our size chart. However, if the desired size is unavailable, we cannot guarantee an exchange.

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged. Due to hygiene standards, returns on worn or opened items are not permitted.

Our exchange policy is valid for 5 days from the date of purchase. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges or refunds. We will only exchange the bottom half of the set if it is defective or damaged. For the bra, we will happily exchange it if it is faulty, damaged, or does not fit your size.

If we have the size you need in stock, the exchange will be processed within 1 week. If the size is not available, the exchange may take up to 1 month.

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.
