Cancellation and Order Management Policy
Some of the products in our store are offered through subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy options. This policy explains how you can manage or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you sign up for a subscription, you'll receive regular deliveries based on the duration and frequency you choose. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you opt for advance payment.
Certain subscriptions may auto-renew once the initial period ends. If you prefer not to renew, you can easily cancel your subscription.
You can make changes or cancel your subscription at any time by using the links in your order confirmation emails to manage your subscription.

Pre-orders
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is out of stock or coming soon. We may either collect no payment or only a partial deposit at checkout, storing your payment details until the full amount is charged when the item ships.
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order is fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can request a refund. For further details on refunds and returns, please see our returns policy.

Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, we authorize your payment method before the order is shipped. You’ll have a certain period to decide if you'd like to keep the item. If the item is not returned within that time, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
